How do you plan on making college more affordable for college students?

I believe that this question came up during the forum, but to recap:

I believe that our lack of funding for education reflects what kind of society we are. We have the ability to change our priorities by reducing the amount of money spent on private military contractors and defense and shifting that money over to education. If 15 cents on every dollar that you sent to Washington comes back to our school districts, we can adequately fund education. We could a high-quality education for every child from Kindergarten to college. We have the money. We just need A congress that is willing to re-appropriate those funds to adequately fund education.
