I'm new to the county and am trying to find my way around here.

I have been involved for years in the Democratic Party.  I was wondering how do I become a precint committeeman in Illinois, more importantly in Kendall County?

Do you appoint in Kendall?

Hi hwilson06,

Welcome to Kendall County.  You can become a Democratic Precinct Committeeman in Kendall County by getting on the ballot and being elected by those in your precinct (KCDCC conducts PC training and can assist).  You may also be appointed by the KCDCC.

There is also a need for Township organization / Chairpersons.
